Herbal Workshops 2024

Seasonal workshops -each session includes: herbal tea tasting, time in the garden, access to the reference library and sun room; as well as hands on making herbal crafts to take home and a wholesome homecooked lunch including Friendly Garden herbs and veg.

Balms, creams and ointments

Handmade using high quality ingredients: extra virgin cold pressed oils infused with home grown organic herbs, local beeswax and essential oils.

Healing Balm To prevent and relieve infection, soothing, anti-inflammatory, wound healing, for cuts, bites, rashes, inflamed skin, burns.

St John’s wort, Plantain and Lavender

Comfrey and Calendula Ointment Restorative, for cuts, grazes, nappy rash, bruising.

Ache Ease Balm To support relief of bruises, swelling, sprains, wounds and aches. Avoid broken or delicate skin.

Heather, Comfrey, Horseradish, Rosemary and Peppermint

Chamomile Massage Oil -Chamomile infused rapeseed oil with a little beeswax suitable for use with babies and pregnancy/postnatal.

Gardener’s Salve -For hardworking hands combining Meadowsweet and Calendula to soothe and soften work roughened hands

Rose Face Cream Luxurious moisturising facial cream.

Rose Petal Bliss

Take 1-2 drops on tongue or add to sparkling water

for a rose bliss sensation.

Artichoke and Orange Bitters

Add a few drops to sparkling water or aperetif.

Aids digestion, take before meals.

Sciatica relief drops

Fly agaric tincture External use only.

1-2 drops on spine at source of sciatic pain.
